Here are the following rules and form for affiliating with TOP
1.You are our partner if we need help or opinions we should be able to come to your site and ask for it without being yelled or screamed at. Same goes for you, you may come to our site and ask for help or opinions.
2.If you put our button on marque yours will go there to, if we are static you are static its that simple
3.If for some reason your site goes into LONGTERM maitenence mode your button will be taken down and you must reapply.
4.In order to affilate with TOP you must have 5 members and 50 posts. I don't want to affiliate with inactive sites. If you have just opened up from a long term maitenece mode and you have no posts but a lot of members this is ok as well.
5.Your button must be 31 by 88 width 88 height 31 or have a resizing code. Its ok if its off but no HUGE Buttons pleases.
6.Our button must be up first before you request
