1.-the chatbox is EXTREMLY small. Maybe you would like you make it just a bit bigger so members can read and post in it easier? Not big enough to stretch the side table though!
-putting the affie box above the side table closing tag in the footers. That way, it's aligned, not sticking out like a sore thumb
-making the border around former skinnier. It's too big, which gives it too much green. It would be very nice to actually see the BG!
-make the banner the same size as the boards. It's just a bit annoying when it's a bit off.
-add a code to take away the <<home>> thing. It just unbalences it a bit.
-adding a nagigation box. That way it actually sticks out against the BG, and not lost in all that green.
2.Just a though here, but do you really need 82 Boards?
Other than that, I've seen others that look similar, but it looks nice all around.
3.Your skin definitely looks good. I am able to read it, which is important to me, since some skins make my eyes hurt, and it is easy to navigate around the site. I wasn't able to see it before, but you definitely have done a good job on the site. I might suggest a banner that is the same as the width of the boards, but that is it. 9/10
