New staff arrangements

PLEASE no one be offended. But I think our biggest problem is that we are WAY overstaffed. So for now.... It will be me as Head Admin.... Lonetear will be my Co-admin. And Shade will be my Graphic designer. I want mods available for newer members but not to rush into picking staff. now when our site gets active again it will be

me-head admin
Shade-GD
Lonetear-co-admin
and Truth Co-admin
With one more mod spot opening....

I think thats our biggest problem...we are WAY over staffed and I only staffed old members......

Actually, I have to agree with you, we were like, all staff and no member. No offense. I'm fine with being a member for whatever time it takes, wether or not I become staff again.
