ooc:I did respond just now ive been busy. SAT'S
Icefeather smiled."Good Truthpaw you came." The moon was high in the sky now."Shall we share tongues with Starclan?" she smiled at Truthpaw stepping by her side in case any cats protested."Lovepaw as I announced wanted to be a warrior instead. Truthpaw was curious about the Medicine cat life. I thought I would show her. Its hard to explain. Sometimes you jump into being a medicine cat without really understanding what its about. I like to give my apprentices a chance... although Truthpaw is not my apprentice." She bit her lip nerviously. Once her kits were born.... only she knew what would happen." Any cat who has any interest I like to show...in hopes someone will want to be my apprentice. Before Lovepaw it was Talispaw and he died of greencough. My own kit Fishpaw would have but he felt more power in the warriorship."
The stars twinkled brightly. Ebonystar grinned."Bumblebreeze..." Why was he so eager to speak with her. It had only been a half a moon since he last saw her. He jumped down and stood beside her. Taking in her sweet scent."We have some things to discuss..." He whispered to her. But only she could hear.

Spiritpaw dipped her head in greeting to the newcomer. Her thoughts were disgruntled though. Cats who weren't medicine cats shouldn't be told secrets meant for medicine cats. They should become medicine cats because it feels right. It shouldn't be something you should test out then decide about it later. She kept these thoughts to herself but wasn't the happiest about their visitor.

Echopaw Echopaw dipped her head very slightly to the black apprentice, mimicking Spiritpaw. She glanced at the white RiverClanner, noticing that she didn't seem ecstatic about Icefeather's friend, either. She waved her tail slightly at Spiritpaw, then silently waited for the other Medicine Cats to do or say something. Truthpaw Truthpaw glanced around anxiously. ”I understand if you don't want me here,” she mewed quietly. ”If you want me to leave, just say so, and I will. I don't want to intrude.” The gray apprentice who'd been glaring at her before seemed to be having trouble keeping herself from snapping back, and Truthpaw instinctively inched closer to Icefeather. ”I know I'm not a medicine cat,” she added, ”But I really would love to stay, if you'll let me... This all fascinates me.” She blushed, hoping that she hadn't offended them by saying that their sacred meeting time with their ancestors fascinated her.

Icefeather let out a warm purr. Her yellow eyes burning with a new passion. The mystical pool of water sat before them."Im afraid I cannot have you touch your nose to the water love. Unless I introduce you as my apprentice." Her eyes looked from the other cats to her friend truthpaw." Shall we now touch our noses to the water and see what Starclan has to share with us." Icefeather watched seeing if any cat moved. She was not keen to going first. She waited to see if truthpaw said anything about being a medicine cat."Any other questions Truthpaw? I must see what starclan has to share with me..."

Spiritpaw was happy that Truthpaw wouldn't be participating in speaking with Starclan. It wasn't that she didn't like the newcomer but the secrets that medicine cats have should stay with them, not be shown to others. She nodded at Truthpaw before closing her eyes and dipping her head. An icy coldness spread through her body as her nose touched the water. When she opened her eyes she was in another world, one where the living could only walk in dreams.

Truthpaw Truthpaw gazed for a moment at the pool glittering in the moonlight, then sighed and crouched down where she was. She couldn't be a medicine cat. She wanted to, but it just didn't feel right. The only thing she felt calling to her was her own curiosity. ”I'll wait for you here,” she murmured to Icefeather. EchopawEchopaw flicked her tail, turning towards the MoonPool. Ignoring Icefeather and Truthpaw's conversation, she padded forward eagerly and crouched down next to Spiritpaw. Most cats would go a lifetime without witnessing what she would see and hear tonight. She gazed down into the depths of the pool, searching beyond the moon's reflection, finding the shadows. Tension that she hadn't realized was present melted away from her. She wondered for a moment why she was so infatuated with darkness, but she brushed the thought away and glanced at Tearlight in case she wasn't supposed to touch her nose to the water just yet.

Tearlight~She made no comment, appreciative that Truthpaw would not be sharing dreams with starclan. She doubted that the cat should even be here, but kept that to herself, she would never reveal these feeling to any of the other medicine cats. Padding with careful pawsteps toward the moonpool, she caught her apprentices gaze. Crouching down to the water, she dipped her head at Echopaw, indicating that she could go ahead and touch her nose to the water. Tearlight bent down lapping up a few drops of the icy water slowly. Knowing that soon she would find herself in star clans starry meadow. [/blockquote]

EchopawEchopaw watched Tearlight for a moment, then turned and bent over the pool again. Dipping her head down until her nose brushed the starlit water, she lapped up a drop. Leaning back and settling on her haunches, she crouched silently on the stone, eyes sliding shut as she waited to be propelled into her dream.

ooc:you can make up your own dreams and plots if you would like
ic:Icefeather shuddered. She stuck her nose into the ice water and felt herself rise into the fields of starclan. She spotted her mentor coyotefire however she said nothing. Lightning crashed and Thunder rumbled and she knew something bad was going to come to her clan. She felt freezing..chilled to the bone. She whitnessed a dark blizzard and a fire burning could this be the end of Thunderclan?

[ooc- can I make her a full med cat since riverclan doesn't have a med cat anymore so she doesn't have a mentor?]
Spiritpaw lifted her eyes to the cat standing before her. She didn't know who it was but she felt calm and at ease.
"Hello, I'm Lonetear, I will be performing your ceremony tonight. Its time you became a full medicine cat."
"Come forward. I, Lonetear, former medicine cat of Riverclan, call upon my warrior ancestors to look down on this apprentice. She has trained hard to learn the ways of a medicine cat and with your help she will serve her Clan for many moons. Spiritpaw, do you promise to uphold the ways of a medicine cat, to stand apart from rivalry from Clan to Clan, and protect all cats equaly, even at the cost of your life?"
"I do."
"Than by the powers of StarClan I give you your true name as a medicine cat. Spiritpaw, from this moment on you will be known as Spiritsong. StarClan honors your courage and faith and we welcome you as a full medicine cat of Riverclan.'
The newly named Spiritsong padded forward to touch noses with Lonetear. "Thank you."
