Abyss looked at him absently, as if he hadn't heard the words he had spoken. "My sister, where is she?" Flamepaw asked again, his blind eyes narrowed defensively. His dark ginger fur fluffed around his shoulders in anger and frustration. He knew the deputy knew where Tansypaw was. His blind eyes flashed sapphire in fury, he couldn't stand being the only one to not know where she was!
abyss looked at the tom abesently. he truly hadn't heard what the blind ginger tom had said. his thoughts had been elsewhere, on the calico apprentice that he had let leave. he shouldn't of, he should've gone with her. he had to find her, he just had too or it would haunt him forever and he knew it. she loved him, and trusted him and than he just let her walk away without saying anything? that wasn't fair to her or too him. tansypaw, he mutterred just loud enough for Flamepaw to hear. shes gone. he whisperred. his tail touched the ground in defeat. he loved her. he loved his mate too. he just was lost. maybe he could be with tansypaw without telling frostmoon? no. that wouldn't work. what would frostmoon say when she came back?
flamepaw looked at the deputy and dropped his eyes. he had heard the rumors of the love he shared with his sister. he immediatly felt bad for questioning the other tom even if abyss hadn't heard him. i'm sorry abyss, i really am. his feathery voice was laden with sorrow.
