Do you have to have photoshop or something like that to make skins. Because I have a crappy outdated computer. We got ripped off by Dell, we've had our computer for almost three years and it came with all these outdated programs and we don't have the money to update it otherwise I would get Photoshop. So is it possible to make skins without a program like that or should I just forget about helping with skins?

PM me a live preview on a test site before installing a skin so I can make matching graphics.
