The heart inside of her was thumping like the rain she heard so many times before. She was truly in love with this tom and felt her heart shattering with every step she took away from him. Their fur could only just touch and then he was gone again. Tears had run down her face too many times to count. Crying herself to sleep wasn't working anymore for her and she didn't know what to do.
As she made her way along the shoreline she thought of the day she met Ravensfeather and Bane interrupted their conversation. Maybe Ravensfeather was right, but what was she going to do about Bane and that apprentice. She couldn't go back to her old ways and she was pregnant so what would she do? Thoughts flooded through her head with no end.
There seemed to be a price to pay for loving her but you couldn't help who you fell in love with, right? Her heart was aching from all of this until she felt as if it were going to burst open with grief. Love flooded through her as she caught his scent. Her paws picked up speed until she saw an enclosure of thorns and entered in to where she could see him. Liftedstar looked so peaceful there. She laid beside him, curling up close, taking in his warm scent.

Icefeather smiled warmly at the two. Her blue eyes filled with memories of her first litter. Sparrowbreeze and Fishpaw. She teared up slightly before parting he jaws to speak.Your healhy rosie. The medicine cat could smell the milky scent comming off of the she-cat.If you don't mind, I think you will have the safest kitting within Thunderclans walls where I and Lovepaw can watch you and take care of you.

His body warmth was already gone but his scent still lingered. Her eyes filled with pain even as they were closed. Rosie's eyes opened to the sweet voice and saw Icefeather's body before her. She was glad that it was her and no other cat, she trusted this she-cat. A smile came to her face as she spoke, "It would be wouldn't it," she meowed making up her mind, "I'm tired of staying away from him," her eyes filled with sorrow, "I will come with you."

Rosie's ears pricked as she saw and heard Ravensfeather. She smiled, she knew this tom had told her before of this choice. This time she was listening better and knew what she had to do. Seeing the two together warmed her heart. Her smile was there now with happiness, "I believe that," she meowed softly.

Icefeather let out a sigh of relief. The one thing that hurt her the most was when she had to have her kits away from starclans eyes. Yet she learned something valuable during those moons.It hurts being away from someone you care about. And its just as hard to keep things a secret. If its one thing I learned however is that you shouldn't be judged by your emotions but be judged by your being. No one should judge you for being Liftedstars mate. just as no one should judge me for being ravensfeather's mate. However you know you have warriors who will stand by you if that were to happen.

Rosie felt tears well up in her eyes, this she-cat knew. This she-cat had words to match the feeling of her pounding heartbeat. She smiled softly of what she never did with a whole heart, "You're right Icefeather," she meowed, "I wish I could be as strong as you, I hope that all cats look up to you." Her eyes were admiring now toward Icefeather. When Ravensfeather spoke her eyes flicked to him, "Would you? I might be going in but I am still afraid."

Rosie smiled, if they really believed in her how could she not do this? A sinking feeling came within her stomach but she nodded. Another part of her smile stayed, "Thank you," the words she never said came out, "Both of you." She looked at Ravensfeather and then to Icefeather and nodded, today she would go to ThunderClan and let fate have its way.
