the sky knows when its time to snow
don't need to teach a seed to grow
it's just another
ordinary miracle today...

its not that unusual when everything is beautiful
x x/for.the.masses/ silky, skinny black she-cat with shock absorbing midnight blue eyes

as the runt of the litter it was no doubt that Nightpaw was always somewhat neglected. As a small child she found herself a rather vanity, since he fur had such a sheen quality about it. Her fur was so throughly and silky black that it like slightly translucent and takes on a glowing blue hue in the smattering sun. She has narrow shoulders hips, sticky legs and small paws. She has rather thin fur despite it's gorgeous color. She has a thin long tail and she is an excellent climber. She has a rather round, almost childish face and a cute button black nose. She has the whitest of fangs and the pinkest of tongues. She has incredibly sharp claws and teeth. She would make an excellent shadowclan cat if she didn't have certain qualities.
Her eyes are the most shocking part about her. Most kits are born with blue eyes that fade into different colors, hers became more and more blue. They took on amazing qualities, and is easily her most interesting feature and it attracts a lot of attention.

dark nights :
Nightkit loved the stars. She liked how they'd twinkle and shine down on her camp. She loved most of all how when she looked at the stars friendly warriors would come by and say something along the lines of 'Your eyes are always stunning, Nightkit. But when the stars reflect in them you are simply breath-taking.' It made Nightkit beam, and she would thank the cat profusely, sometimes until the cat regretted saying anything. There was one thing Nightkit did not like about the stars. It was that when they were out it was dark out, and so, even in all her well-kept glory, Nightkit faded into the darkness as naturally as a Shadowclan cat while her smudgy or pure white siblings would frolic around, clear as day. She was often tripped over by the too-tired-to-scent warrior. She had the small bruises on her hips to prove it. Hmm... she hummed softly. Her blue eyes set afire by the night sky. Everyone had gone to bed, but they knew that Nightkit would stay out late into the night and then sleep late into the day. Warriors often joked with her mother what a great night-patroller or guard she would be. Nightkit didn't mind. If it wasn't apparent, this was the time she had been named for. It didn't get better than that, because one couldn't be named Starkit.
Beautiful. a voice hissed from deep within the shadows.
Huh? Nightkit whispered, there was no scent. What kind of creature didn't carry a scent. She looked the way from which she had heard the voice. Nothing was there. She shivered a little bit and blamed it on the absent wind.
Lovely, m'dear. Lovely. Nightkit's head spun around and she caught a glimpse of two huge emerald eyes, and then they disappeared. She quaked. The eyes had floated much higher than any cat's, badger or large fox alike. She swallowed, and backed into the safety of the nursery.
Nightkit was a cruel joke. To be named after the time she hated most. She never stayed awake that long anymore. She didn't gaze at the stars. And she did not like green eyes.

Nightkit hated the night. She was scared of it and she would never admit it. She said it was an unpleasant time and said nothing more. She was named Nightpaw as soon as she turned six moons, but due to the lack of warriors in Thunderclan she was the only apprentice without a mentor. She worked with herself. She trained herself. She taught herself slowly how to hunt up till her six moons, now she sits around the camp casting dark glances at anyone with green or hazel eyes.
isn't it remarkable? like every time a raindrop falls.

"so if you're reading or hearing this than you obviously know the reason for my hatred towards night. Now, I am named for my least favorite time and my pelt matches the sky. I am not to be useful at night. I am a cat meant to stalk out under the blazing sun or dwindling splotch in the sky that reflects of snow.
I can't help be a tiny bit vain, I can be bossy and hard to understand. I am not told that I am sweet, shy, or angelic. In fact, I haven't spoken with anyone hardly since I became an apprentice. Maybe they shun me for being mentorless. But what can you do?
People just don't really know me. I am kind, and warm. At least I think. I don't think anyone has every seen that said of me. I guess you could say I'm saving myself, waiting for that person I can just really let myself go with."

sun comes out shines so bright, then disappears again at night.
other : wow. she's interesting. anyways, future plans for her, somehow she'll get into some accident, and go missing. when she returns then she will be light furred, almost silvery, due to something going wrong while she was healing. boy, i would love to have her in the prophecy, but i know that's not for me to decide and i don't know how soon that will kick off, since were still chugging away at members. i do play my part! (:
