foolish heart, looks like were here again.
x x/for.the.masses/ slightly scruffy tabby, little girl with shy green eyes.
x x/appearance/
bumbleburst, from birth, was always the runt of the litter. she is small, and hasn't grown since she was an apprentice. at the time of being an apprentice she took to look gawky, above the rest of her clanmates, until they all hit their own growth spurt, leaving her small and shadowy. because she tends to be closer to the ground than others, her stomach tends to collect varied amounts of dust, giving her pale underbelly a tan tone. she is rather clean however. she has small paws, flexible backbone, short legs. she always was kind of figured roundly. her neck isn't very long, but fitting for her body. her face matches the rest of her, round and slightly childish. her ears being the only part of her that is really pointed. her tail is long, and fluffy, she struggles to keep it tamed.
her fur takes on the appearance of an average cocoa tabby coloring. her fur tends to be longer and fluffy, though it doesn't bother her to much in the summer seasons, it keeps her much warmer than others in the winter. the streak from her nose and then covering her chin is a snowy white. her nose a light pink. the rest of her face is shrouded is brown-gray coating with dark brown streaks leaving her face. her paws are also coated in fuzzy, new-born white. while her chest is mixed with dark brown and black as well as some white to come up with a gray-tan. her back however tends to hint more towards a graying colors, though she is very young.
her eyes are point on the tips, but the rest archs up in round ovals, the whole eyes tends to tilt upwards, giving her a slightly more squinty-eyed appearance. the irises of her eyes are very small and narrow, the darkest of ebonies. the other eye coloring tends to be a green with deep hints of summery amber-yellow. both eyes rimmed with charcoal black and then breaking into concentrated white.

child-birth :
moongrace yowled and writhed. "now do you believe me? the kits are coming!" she hissed, biting her flicking pink tongue in the process. she howled again. her bulging stomach squirming.
firewater gazed at her, a sense of pride rolling over him as her watched his gorgeous mate crawl before him. she was his. "shh... i understand dear." he cooed. his eyes darted to the dark corner where the medicine cat plucked frantically at herbs. "we believe you."
moongrace shot him a scathing look. "sunleaf, please? the kits aren't going to wAIT!" her voice ended in a screech.
the dapple she-cat looked up again. "of course moongrace, i know you're in pain." she whispered moving towards her. glancing nervously up at the father of the kits, also the deputy of camp. "firewater." she murmured, her younger brother gazed down at her. "she has to much of a fever to make it." it was the dead middle of leaf-bare, the small she-cat that was moongrace was scrawny, sick, and pregnant.
firewater growled, "but she will. you can make her live!" he said fiercely under his breath.
moongrace's screaming had stopped without either of the two realizing it. her breathing was hard and fast. her eyes rolled in her head. "firewater..." she gasped.
the fierce warrior looked down at her, his eyes filled with sadness. "yes, dear?"
"i love you."
it rocked firewater's heart to the core. this wasn't his mate, the strong, fire-filled woman he had grown up with. "i... love you too." a single tear rolled down his cheek. suddenly a small cry filled the rocky cavern. a small kit lay beside it's feverish mother. a young girl. "gracekit." firewater said with no pause. his daughter, strong, long-legged, and healthy. he licked her head. another cry, a boy, already sturdily built. "lionkit." he looked up at moongrace, her eyes fluttered. her breathing became more and more ruptured.
"she's loosing it." sunleaf whispered.
a wave of pain poured over firewater. and then there was a sound of something hitting the dirt ground, but not cry.
sunleaf bent, rapidly licking at the last kit.
moongrace looked up again, weakly smiling. "b... bumblekit." her head hit the ground in deafening silence, even the kits were silent.
suddenly, the last kit, bumblekit uttered a loud mew, a humble cry...

suddenly, the last kit, bumblekit uttered a loud mew, a humble cry...
as the three kits grew it became very apparent who was their father's favorite. gracekit. she was strong, willing, and full of life. she was tall and beautiful, smeared with cream and gray, the image of her deceased mother. firewater dedicated his life to her, and whatever was left belonged to lionkit. lionkit was loud, outgoing, fun to be around, and tiring. though firewater never said anything it was clear that he blamed bumblekit for moongrace's death. bumblekit lived in the shelter of the medicine cat, her aunt, sunleaf. when it became time for the kits to be named apprentices gracekit was given the leader as a mentor. her father couldn't have been more proud. lionkit was to be taught by a strong, valued warrior, their uncle, their mother's older brother, loudcrash, their father couldn't have been more pleased. then it came time for bumblekit, she accepted the offer of sunleaf, to become medicine cat apprentice. Outraged, firewater struck at her, though he missed. he was exiled from the clan, and in his place was loudcrash.
training went on peacefully. it was time for her siblings to be accepted into warriorhood, she, however was not ready. her sister was named gracesky, for the place her mother was, and lionpaw was named lioncall, for his loud voice. gracesky often chided and beat down on her little sister for not being as cunning or as quick as them. lioncall often felt sympathy for his little sister, but did nothing about it. loudcrash retired to the elder's den. and gracesky was called to serve. she was exiled from the clan when it was discovered that she was to have her leader's children. their leader was shunned, and Spiderstar put into place. at this point bumbleburst didn't know what to do. she left her position as a medicine cat and left to the loner lands. there she met a tom cat who she thought was the love of her life. together they had one kit, spinpaw. her mate left her for another, and she took her daughter back to the clans, knowing it was her rightful place. she gave her daughter to Shadowclan to grow up, though everyone knows the child is her daughter. this was the time of leafbare, and both sunleaf and lioncall were struck down by greencough. it has only been two seasons that bumbleburst has been going on without a mentor, she is still unsure that she is ready. but she up for the duty, since she was given her position back. hiding my heartache
[/size]x x/who.i.am/
"i am small, and therefore it is either assumed that i am either more on the mute side of things, or loud and defiant. but this is where i find fault. are we not all like that? however, this assumption held up to me is correct. my entire life my sense of worthlessness had been beat into me. and for that i have become quiet, even unresponsive. tears fall easily, heart breaks faster. thats just me.
i can be kind and opening, but its hard to trust, i don't know if when you'll pick me up you will carry me to safety or drop me in the nearest gorge. I am caring when it comes to my clanmates, my life is focused around my duty to the clan. though, sometimes i can't help myself and remember my life outside of the clans, how grand it seemed until the day i had spinpaw, not that i don't love my daughter. i just miss her terribly, but know that we cannot be together. but, it was also the day that iceberg left me. and my heart shatters every time i remember it."
