chase, from the start, has always had a strapping smile, well-muscled body. and such. it is no different now. chase has grown up being prince charming, and he knows it. he is tall, muscles ripple throughout his entire being. he had broad, strong shoulders. He has always been strong-boned, slightly flat-faced. With a very long tail.
Starting with Chase's face he has a white streak form the center bridge of his nose and down to his chest and underbelly. To the right side of his nose there is a small black splotch along with the white. All four paws are white-socked. The rest of his face is coated with the darkest of midnight blacks. which is pure to the very tip of his tail.
His eyes are the brightest amber orange, they are so subtly like liquid gold, and despite his attractive physical build, his eyes are his most alluring feature. His eyes are seen usually as squinted as it is just the way he looks at you, but his eyes are almost as round as a harvest moon, and brighter than.

child-birth :
As a child, he was the only born, and the oldest. His parents were a rogue woman and a warrior not known for his wits. Cloudchase was never proud of his heritage, and takes no time to remind anyone of it. Nor his name. From a very young age he was teased of being the "wind of Shadowclan" simply taunting how fast he ran and how tall his legs were. He went by the name of 'Chase' by apprenticehood when he dislike being called 'Cloudpaw' that didn't match him physically or emotionally. As an apprentice Cloudchase was always the
'ladies man' having about three loves in this short period of time, and plenty admirers along with that. Their names being, first a kitty-pet named Belle, then a young apprentice from Riverclan named Darkpaw, and finally a matured warrior from Thunderclan named Windsong. Belle was later pronounced pregnant, but nobody knew Chase was the father to the three kits, he has never seen them. Windsong found a mate within her own clan, and she died in childbirth. Chase mourned her passing silently. It was only fitting that when he was to be named a warrior he should be called 'Cloudchase' and named that he was. A moon after he was named a warrior he met his mother for the first time (his father past on while he was still a kit).
flying, soaring. caught. the bird dangled from chase's triumphant jaws. he pawed at the ground, smiling to himself as he dropped the bird and sprinkled the loose earth atop of it. he knew he had strayed a little farther than his clan would have liked. but he wasn't in other clan territory, and food was still food. and it wasn't... uhg, another toad. chase rolled his eyes. but then he heard a crunch. a very small, and seemingly distant one. but chase knew better. he had been the one with the keen ears. "get out here." he snapped, sounding much more dangerous than he really was. his amber-lemon eyes sparkled.
"don't pull that look with me." a gravelly voice called from behind him.
chase turned around, coming eye to eye, shoulder to shoulder with an aged woman. "who are you? you're old enough to be my mother." he retorted sourly.
the cat tossed back her head and let out the most horrid laugh. you expected something rough and crackly, but instead it sounded like smoldering bells ringing. "right you are, son." she laughed again, causing chase to cringe. "what a way to treat your mother, but you wouldn't know better would you, chasey?" the woman affectionately touched his shoulder with her tail. she was white, with bits of black, but covered in ash. she smelled like burning wood.
"how do you know my name?" chase spat. he backed away a little.
"chase?!" a hint of hysteria crept into the woman's matching amber eyes. "why, i'm your mother, of course!" she laughed forcedly.
he raised a brow.
"the one that gave you life...?" she reeled.
yes, he believed her. but he didn't know what to do with her. "perhaps. you are mistaken, of course, but maybe another is who you seek?" he asked, the corners of his lips turning up. he back protectively over his bird, if she wanted food she wasn't getting any.
"oh, but you're wrong. i see it in your eyes. i am your mother. and look how strong you've grown!" she praised, running her tail of his rippling side, not caring that the fact that he was tensed was to attack her. "certainly didn't get that from your father now did you?" she shrieked with laughter.
"i need to get back to my clan." chase said solidly.
"oh, but cloudchase..." she smiled, turning to face him. "wouldn't you rather come with me? be free, no rules. and finally you would have family..." she wheedled.
chase felt his resolve begin to melt. "i have a family." swooping down he picked up his bird and left his mother on the far side of the border.

when chase realized that his loyalty was for sure with his clan he began to ease up on the ladies much more than anyone ever thought possible. sometimes he still dreams of his mother and her smoldering bell laugh. but no matter what happens chase knows his true place is with the clan. now, chase still keeps his tabs on the women in camp, he looks for his true other half that will settle his nerves...
piano man he makes his stand, in the auditorium.

"well, what do you expect? i kind am a go with the flow type of guy. except, i make the flow, so of course i go with it! truthfully, i am a father of three, and a horrible father at that. i have never met my three children. i am a bit of a more than one girl type of person, i'm not proud of that, or anything. however, i do care. people may see me as heartless and immature, but i'm not. does anyone ever think that it hurts me that i got a girl pregnant when i was an apprentice? well it does. it kills me everyday, knowing i have children only six moons younger than myself. but i have to learn to live with this regret. and let it go.
yes, i am the loyal type, except for thing with that. i am someone you can be dependent on. i will come through for you. i want someone in my life though, my other half. the part that will ground me. i love my clan with all my might, but something just isn't there. "
